We greatly appreciate you and your support, and hope you are always enjoying your experiences with Sunshine Warrior.
However, from time to time you may find something just not fitting right or not being what you thought it was once you were able to touch and feel. No worries, we’re here to help.

Contact Us
Please contact us returns@sunshinewarrior.com , you can just forward us back your original email order confirmation and a note on what you would like to return for free, if there were multiple items. If it’s an exchange, let us know what you would like instead. Or you can email us, telling us your name, address and the items to be returned or exchanged.
Free Shipping
For returns, we will email you a free return shipping label. Just affix it over the previous label on your box or envelope that your items were received in. Then drop off your return at USPS or UPS depending on the label. For exchanges, we will already ship out your new item while all this is taking place.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
